About Korean Air E-Skyshop

There was a need for distinct separation between corporate and online store while making sure to avoid traditional e-commerce look and feel. It was essential that the design invoked strong brand aesthetics with use of airline’s brand colors and existing company assets.

Our Challenge

To showcase pages dedicated to the airline’s powerful brand stories, collaborations and brand collections, we designed a flexible content layout which could adapt according to current and future requirements. This would help reduce cyclic design and development effort for individual pages.

Dual Language Support

Korean Air’s customers are around the world and hence need the platform to support multiple languages. We made the necessary provisions in the layout and design system for E-Skyshop to deliver an excellent experience across different languages.

Visual Assets and Design System

We created a robust design system for E-Skyshop that takes in the brand aesthetics of Korean Air and further enhances it, making sure the look & feel and user experience is consistent, elegant and impeccable across devices.
